Recently my friend Bethany gave me this bee hive mobile/chime.  She is an amazing potter & creates the beautiful yarn bowls we offer on the hedgehog site. 


Bethany teaches pottery at Florida State University.  She hand made each little porcelain bee, hand knit the hive using an organic cotton/wool blend yarn from O-Wool.  She used power tools, hardware & a lot of brain power to create the skeleton of the hive. 


Its really amazing.  The little bees make a sweet twinkling sound when they meet.  I feel so lucky to be the recipient of such a work of art!  Thank you Bethany!!
